The General Manager (GM) of Ugalumber Company Ltd will be responsible for the overall leadership ,strategy , operational efficiency and profitability of the company. The GM will oversee sawlogs aggregation supplychain management, sales and trade with sawlog users while ensuring profitability, sustainability and compliance with industry regulations.

The Log yard and Field Operations Officer will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of log reception, yard inventory, field

procurement and the safe & timely movement of sawlogs into the production cycle. This position ensures that operational processes related to blog intake, sorting, scaling storage and loading are executed efficiently, safely and in alignment with production plans.

The role involves frequent coordination with tree growers, transporters, yard workers and sawmill personnel to streamline supply chain activities and maintain accurate inventory tracking from forest to yard. 

 UgaLumber is seeking motivated and hands on Technical Trainees to support its timber processing operations.The successful candidates will receive practical training in sawmill operations, timber grading machine operation, maintenance, quality control, inventory management and workplace safety while contributing to daily production activities.
